Editorial policy and disclosures
How we explain decisions
We show assumptions and calculations so readers can replace example inputs with their own. Fictional examples teach a method; they are not live prices, offers, award seats or descriptions of an actual employer. Observed examples and program rules need dated primary sources and clearly stated conditions.
AI assistance and responsibility
Research, drafting and production use AI tools. Editorial responsibility remains with Accel Media. AI output is reviewed rather than treated as evidence of its own accuracy. We do not invent first-hand travel, product testing, credentials or independent verification.
Updates and corrections
Check the date and scope of a guide before relying on it. Official program terms, booking conditions and applicable employer policies control the actual decision. When we make a material correction, we update the guide and note the change; an updated date alone is not a guarantee that every linked rule was checked that day.
Commercial relationships
The launch content contains no affiliate links, paid placements or sponsored recommendations. Links to other Accel Media brands are links to related publications under the same ownership. Future commercial relationships will be disclosed beside the relevant content.
Scope
This site provides general work-travel education. It does not establish employer permission, entitlement to rewards, insurance coverage, reimbursement or tax treatment. Ask the relevant employer, program or qualified adviser about your circumstances.
